Yes, all of our bites are fully vegan and gluten-free. We believe good food should be inclusive — something everyone can enjoy.
They're fine at room temperature, and you'll find the best-before date on the packaging. After opening, we recommend refrigerating them — it helps preserve both the flavour and the colour a little longer.
Orders & Purchase
If your order hasn't been prepared for shipping yet, we'll do our best to cancel it. Please reach out through the contact form as soon as possible — we'll take care of it.
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal. All payments are processed securely.
You'll automatically receive a confirmation email with your order details, amount, and tax. If you need a PDF receipt for any reason, just let us know — we're happy to arrange it.
We're working on it. Gifting feels like an important part of what we do, so we want to get it right. Stay tuned via our newsletter or social channels.
Delivery
For now, we ship within Germany only. We're taking things one step at a time — expanding to the rest of Europe is on its way.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order. You'll see the exact amount before confirming your purchase. If your order comes to €55 or more, shipping is on us.
Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days. During busy periods it might take a little longer — we appreciate your patience. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Once your order is on its way, we'll send you an email with your tracking number so you can follow its journey in real time.
Returns & Refunds
Because our products are food, we're unable to accept returns on opened items — we hope you understand. For unopened products in good condition, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
We're sorry to hear that. Please get in touch via the contact form and include a photo of the issue — we'll sort it out as quickly as we can.
Once we've confirmed the return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. It can take 5–10 business days to appear, but rest assured it's on its way.
