Rotunde der Pinakothek der Moderne, Barer Str. 40, 80333 München
The TUM Center for Culture and Arts brings together researchers, chefs, and food innovators for an evening exploring how nutrition systems can be designed to be sustainable, equitable, and resilient. This year's TUMUT gathers around a single question: what will we eat tomorrow, and why?
The question we keep returning to is how to define regeneration — not as a concept, but as something lived.
HAL AND Bites was made as a first answer to that question. A small, considered thing that happens to support your inner balance. Not a grand health statement, but a quiet moment of nourishment — something delicious that also tends to what's going on inside.
That same thinking shapes how we approach production. We'd rather make less and make it right — keeping waste as close to zero as we can.
From 19:30, the evening opens into Food for Thought — an informal exchange where start-ups and research projects share their approaches to the food of the future. HAL AND will be there.
